Student Computing Goals
- Student Computing will engage the user within a 24-hour period following the initial service request.
- To resolve customer needs as part of initial contact.
- To ensure problem resolution and assessment of efforts.
- To empower users with necessary tools and resources to be successful.
- To anticipate the need for services and provide educational opportunities and resources to support user's technology needs.
- To achieve and maintain at least a 95% customer satisfaction rate.
- To treat all users equally being helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous.
