Biography

Dr. Buala researches the underlying cognitive and biological bases of behavior. She enjoys mentoring students, reading the current literature in the field, and hiking on the weekends.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Buala enjoys teaching neuropsychology, research methods, and statistics, as well as topics examining the biological basis of emotion and behavior.

Research Interests

Social neuroscience, gender, social cognition, group processes, and intergroup relations.
